Huzzah! Now come listen to us all play brilliantly!
I think it might be rather long, so I hope you’re not sick of piano by the end of it.
I drew that based on the actual piano we will be playing on, using my grey-scale art markers. Also a golden art-style Sharpie. And a yellow non-Sharpie marker. And Photoshop. It wasn’t so hard once I got started.
You can’t tell that I used a different marker around the Steinway logo if you print it out. Click for a large, printable image! (hint, hint)
I’m so addicted to salsa it’s hilarious. I went to a dance club (at least, that’s what I think it was) last night with some Rueda friends and danced for hours. It was so much fun. It was hideously crowded and so loud that when we formed a Rueda circle we couldn’t hear the caller, but it was still great fun. How can I put it stronger? I’m stuck. But today I spent half the day listening to salsa music. Fabulous.
Salsa is pretty much the one place where I can honestly tell myself “I’m not un-feminine. I have hips. And by golly, I’m gonna use them.”
