ceniropointingavatarThat’s better!
Cedric again, this time slightly better. At least in the hair department. Still not up to the pros.

This the last FE9.5 picture for a loooooong while, since I haven’t done anything since then. However, there’s still a lot of Fire Emblem coming up. Just a bit of 7, then a bunch of 8, and then I don’t know what.

I’m getting beat up… and I haven’t even played the game… (sob). I guess it’s only my fault I’m a loser. But after I’m done this, I’m going to kick him off there and play. Or I’ll make him play LSWII, since that’s what we really wanted in the first place!

I’ve been drawing pictures recently. I think I’m going to do a quick Star Fox fancomic, though… Fox/Krystal/Panther. With spoilers, but no one really cares because it’s only Gamecube.

And on related notes, I chopped Chapter 2 of In the Shadows Beyond This World into two pieces so now you get: “…What?” I like that title. It sums it up well, I think. Coming soon is Chapter 3: The Princess Explains (Again). I just have to rescue Ordona. Those Light Spirits are pretty wimpy, really.

carlnmarkiconSorry, I was too busy watching movies. Spiderman 2.1, you know. I like it. I like the music a lot. I liked the music documentary on the DVD a lot.

Cedric, in pixel form! It’s not very good. There is a revised version. Thanks to Fire Emblem Planet (wherever they are now) for the background of the top image. I think perhaps Ceddie’s head is a bit small.

This reminds me, I haven’t put up my Ceniro stuff at all. It was done in August of ’05. I will put it up as soon as we’re done this little FE9.5 detour. Then we can get back to the sketchbooks.

flaireavatarMY BROTHER THINKS THIS IS THE BEST PICTURE I EVER DREW.

I don’t know why. I think it might have to do with the fact that it’s of his lord-class hero character of his Fire Emblem dream game that he’s writing. This youth’s name is Cedric, and he’s the prince of Almarlia. That’s about all I know about the game, besides the fact that his Jeigan-type paladin-class character is called Lartan. Also, I shaded. And did lots of detail.

I’ve done concept art for a bunch of guys: my favourite so far is a sage-class named Shale with creamy long crinkly hair in a very extremely loose ponytail tied with black velvet ribbon.

Today I rented Spiderman I. I was shaking like a leaf all the way through (I’m a cool-headed videogame/rollercoaster player, but I freak when I get to strange movies). It seemed pretty long, but that’s probably because I didn’t know what was going to happen next. Some bits were a bit wierd, some were a bit clichéd, but I liked it overall, though I can’t rate it from 1-10 because I’m too messed up mentally.
Favourite lines: “Let’s go out for lunch some evening.”
“Go, web, go!” (that part was so geeky)

The special effects were excellent. I forgot to think about them, and so I didn’t realize what was what unless it was blatent or something – fingerpad claws, etc.

Lego movie has moved along a little bit.
