Eee! I been playing Guild Wars! I also found out how to take pictures without the… extra screen clutter! I think I may be taking some screenshots of very ordinary things. But they’re still cool to me, and some of you don’t play Guild Wars, so I think it’s forgivable.
So, since last time, here’s what we’ve been up to.
My brother got a new helmet he’s very happy with. Kehheh.
I hate this area of Kryta, but I love this spiderweb with accompanying spider. Isn’t that cool? …No, it’s not going to get me.
In keeping with the animal theme of this post, here is a happy pig. : D
If you ever wanted to know what Flairé looks like dead, here you are. : P Pretty pale, isn’t he?
I just love the graphics in this game. They are fantastic without taking up too much processing power. (still hadn’t figured out how to get rid of screen clutter) So, just a group shot watching the sunset knee deep in water by a waterfall!
’Nother group shot by a waterfall! This is the sort of shot that posters are made of. My fire imp is misbehaving, though. : ) I really like this picture.
Flairé, at Fisherman’s Haven, sitting on the end of the dock with all the cool baskets and boxes. I could see this being a graphic somewhere, too.
Messing around with the one empty character slot I have, and this would be a prototype of Bayn! If he was a Mesmer. Which he very well might be. But not yet. And he wouldn’t be wearing purple. It could also be Lyrestan, come to think of it…
Prototype of Esgalwen! Ranger class. Too bad you can’t get black hair in Ranger models. Also wouldn’t be wearing purple.
Another inspiring group shot by a waterfall. What is it with waterfalls? This is in The Falls area right in the very West of Kryta, and as you can see there are still Wind Riders hanging around in the back of the shot. Man, those things were annoying. Killed me about five times at the actual The Falls (not here). Which is a level 1 object for some reason. Why? Oh, and this was about the point when I discovered “Shift+PrtSc” makes lovely pictures.
Flairé and Orion, buddies! Yeah! …I’d also see this as a graphic somewhere. Like a bookmark or something. It’s colourful and sparkly.
Crab soup cooking on a beach in Lion’s Arch. Did I mention how much I love the detail in this game? Always something new and quirky waiting to be found everywhere!
Tall Flairé is tall. In case you didn’t already know. That guy seems kind of disgruntled. Oh, so I visited the Menagerie! And the collector in me wants to go out and fill it up with all the animals I can catch. But… then I’d have to give up Rithil, my Melandru’s Stalker (exotic mountain lion) and I don’t quite want to do that yet… What Flairé really wants is a Raven. But those can only be found in Eye of the North. I’ll get there eventually. But first, hang on to Rithil, then let her go when I feel it’s appropriate… then catch all the critters I can and release them at the Menagerie! Then get a Raven and train it until it is awesome.

Also from the menagerie! Not catchable animals, but soooo cool and also cute nonetheless! And they move really nicely!
Sunday’s comic page is in colouring mode, so it should be on time (for once). My Beethoven is really getting good, but the Dutilleux… leaves something to be desired in the final variation. And the Duruflé… I listened to the Prelude again yesterday, and it is FAST. Omigosh. I might have to work a little harder on this. I also need to know when I’m playing the Bédard on Saturday. So much music! So much art! So much videogaming! (I finished Phantom Hourglass, by the way. The stupid Ghost Ship is a huge pain because its ‘canonballs’ are so hard to target. And I would like, eventually, a game in which Tetra kicks butt in her own right, instead of being (forgivably) comatose all the time. Linebeck ended up pretty cool, though. Anyway, on to Ephraim’s Story!)
Also, I miss my friends. I get to see one on Monday, though!
