As promised, the followup to yesterday’s picture! Talon said something like “that was fun, can I do another one?” so I said “how about Psyche?” and so she did. Again, click to fullview, because it’s gorgeous! I want everyone to note the cool way she interpreted the hairband – I sent her the cover for reference, and it does look like the hairband is attached to the earrings – even though I never saw it until she drew it! Which is totally cool and I’ll definitely be stealing that design for the actual comic.

Today, I… have nothing to say. Nothing at all. Except that Le Nozze di Figaro has taught me so many words that we’re already learning, like ‘l’eta!’. Which means ‘age’, and is used in the ‘catfight duet’ between Susanna and Marcellina which is simultaneously incredibly beautiful and devillishly funny. I think I have way too big an advantage with this music thing; most of the rest of my classmates have terrible accents. I’m sorry, but it’s true.
Oh! I remembered what I have to say. I went to the Clubs Week thing set-up… I signed up online, because they had a convoluted sign-up system that involved waiting in line. But I went to check out the booths in person first. I signed up for the salsa club, the history club, and the anime club. I might not go to the last two very much, but they might have something interesting. Important note – this salsa club meets at the same time on the same day as the Rueda salsa club, my last salsa club! But they dance Los Angeles salsa, which is apparently couple salsa. So I will learn something totally new! : )
My Brahms exercise book came, which is great, and also Dreigiau Book 1, which I won in the Wayrift draw a couple weeks ago! I already read it. It reads much faster in print than it does online. I giggled helplessly whenever Zemi appeared because GOSHDARNIT HE’S CUTE. I might have to do more fanart. Da~ang. DOWN, ZEMI. STOP BOTHERING ME. I HAVE OTHER ARTS TO DO. XP
