I am this close to downloading a bunch of programs and attempting to mod my own content because I tried making a Pent and Louise the other day and there just isn’t the right hair or clothes out there. But I’ve heard it’s really hard. Ummmm.
Agh agh agh agh.
EDIT: I guess I don’t have to install a bunch of programs… maybe just one. So I’m doing that. I’ll keep you posted.
EDIT: Have downloaded the three apparent basic necessary programs – TSRWorkshop, Milkshape, and the NVidia Photoshop .dds plugin. Have successfully cloned a poster and applied Zack Fair’s face to it. Have not yet tested as it is bedtime. Next, after having exhausted my desires of creating custom artwork, will experiment with patterns – but not long as patterns are boring. Other kinds of furniture are next, hopefully gradually building up to a more kalmaeirin style, but the people stuff is the most interesting – and the hardest.
What about your other things? you say. …I’ll get back to that when this addiction proves to be too time-consuming to be worth the effort.
