Guardian Angel

This is my guardian angel, also known as the personification of my conscience. He doesn’t always carry that big sword around, but he does use it for beating off demons – and sometimes for whacking me over the head when I do something stupid. But mostly he whaps me in the head or shoulder with his hand – or just crosses his arms and looks disapproving.
He’s also supportive when I need him, but that’s more Flairé’s job.
I was going for a sort of sunset-like background. Hovering in clouds at sunset. You know the type. (Also he still looks cool against pink. : D ) I’m really happy with his face; it’s the best face I’ve done yet. The wings were hard but I went to DeviantArt and looked at some tutorials, and they gave me some ideas. Still not quite right, but good for a first try, a first try in colour anyway! Also he’s now in the characters section.

Not much has happened recently. : P It’s summer.
Oh, well, Zela is in Lion’s Arch in Guild Wars, so… if you want to hike around Kryta with her, you know, comment, and we’ll set something up! I saw my guild boss was online today… prolly should have said hello – the guild has been quiet! Also probably because it’s summer. But when I saw him I had been afk watching Mythbusters for a bit. Anyway. I’m going to spend my last 1.5 weeks of freedom practicing and drawing! I should probably get some sort of buffer for the comics I still think I’m going to be doing…
I AM INSANE. Comics, costumes, NaNoWriMo… one of these has got to go. I think maybe I’ll skip the novel this year. Comments?
