Well, this was a crazy chapter… it turned out more melodramatic than I was expecting. It was hard to kill Selena. I mean, in the game it was just like “Vanessa, you go boom with sword now, and then she’ll attack Ephraim who has a ranged lance of some sort…” I have to say that while Myrrh may have a crush on Ephraim (and I think she does), he does not have one on her. Perhaps it doesn’t seem that way, from the way I’ve written it, but he really does think of her as a friend and sister. She’s too young looking to be a romantic interest.
…And don’t start insinuating any Ephraim/Eirika pairings! I’ll hunt you down.
Ahem. Today I have the first of my Greek and Latin Roots of English classes. I’m looking forward to it because I think my mood swings this last week have come from not having enough to focus on. I have video games and practice and painting and everything, but really my schedule was up to me and maybe that’s not the best thing, not at this point in the summer.
Oh yeah, so hey, I didn’t do any work on the big painting… but I did draw some more character profile art. I’ll post the sketches sometime.
Also I will be watching the TdF, cheering for Andy etc. I’ve also decided to cheer for Tyler Farrar for Green, because Cavendish is not behaving. I think maybe he crashed on Sunday on purpose. …Sunday was crazy!! Did you see all those crashes? Dad thinks it’s because there are a lot of first-timer TdF-er bikers. But that megacrash was craaaazy.
