I found out that painting shiny gold is easier than I thought it would be… maybe it doesn’t look like the pros, but it turned out better than I thought it would. You’ll have to wait to see that, though.
TOUR DE FRANCE STARTS TODAY!! In recognition of this I have updated the side links to include the blogs I’m watching this year (in addition to the race itself). I am very excited! Go Andy Schleck! Go Cadel Evans! Go George Hincapie! I’m so glad he didn’t quit like he threatened to do last year. These are the guys I’m cheering for most.
Now for a complaint: There are too many sports on TV. There is the vuvuzela cup (soccer), the CFL started two days ago, and now the TdF. There is no time for me to practice music in peace and quiet downstairs! Unless it’s early in the morning, at which point I am still asleep and so are other people. Bah.
