...I miss it... why didn't Zelda put one in when she redecorated?
I want my organ…

Ganondorf got short-changed in Twilight Princess! This was originally my brother’s idea, and he says I didn’t get it right. That’s okay. I put my own interpretation on it. I suppose if they repeated the setup from Ocarina people would say ‘hey, what is this, Ocarina2?’ which would be justified… but Ganondorf playing organ is pretty cool. Even if it reinforces the stereotype that ‘organs are evil. Or at least creepy. And malevolent.’ Not too shabby a rendition of Ganondorf, for me, either. Could have been better, but I couldn’t figure out how much detail I could fit in to one page. Looks like I could have put in more, but it was smudging. I wanted him to be really shadowed and spooky. Contrast to the very short Zelda suspended above him. Ran out of room.
So, yeah, I’m now cheering for Cadel Evans. I’ll cheer for Astana while they’re in the spotlight, but I know who I want to win. : ) His website is neat. And I’m still cheering for Cavendish in the green, don’t worry. Whoohoo!
Been working on mah – I mean, Wedge’s – X-wing. He has a red R2 now! Dad says it’s a very good R2. I also finished the cockpit exterior panels, though the starboard one is still not as clean as the port one. There’s juts one fantastic thing before the canopy goes in, and before the fuselage gets glued together… the cockpit control panels!!! Dad’s done a fantastic job on them… yes, I am letting him do them. I would do it but he’s doing a great job and I’ll get to put it in, so who am I to complain? I can assign functions to each little bit, too. I can see the laser/torpedo power lights, and the shield/laser recharge meters, and the shield distribution screen. Not entirely sure exactly where the engine stats screens are, but I’m sure they’re around. I like to think of it as in the first and most awesome X-wing computer game. Y’know, where the cockpit actually TOLD you stuff. The movie cockpit is a bit more advanced; for trained pilots only. The only problem with X-wing computer game cockpits is that they’re bright. Like Lego. All neon blue and red and green. So ours is the regulation shadow-grey/baby-blue. Huzzah!
New obsession-
Flairé: DUCK!
Haha. New obsession for the next week or whatever – MacGyver! Found out about him from Mythbusters via YouTube, and then watched a couple YouTube clips of the show. Pretty cool. He just seems like a regular guy, which I think was carefully calculated to be part of his charm, that he’s a normal person who just happens to be clever and think outside the box with whatever bits he has around, and he knows a lot of stuff, and he doesn’t dive into corniness too much, and when he does, he can pull it off by being a little understated. (And he’s cute. : D ) Although one car chase was sooooooooooo blatently ripped off from the end of The Italian Job (1969, please). But not even the cute little girl in the car beside him really detracts from his appeal (by being annoying – heck, except for the fact that she’s cute, she reminds me a bit of me o_O7).
Played a couple levels of FE10 yesterday. I’m at the end of the first… what, half? It says Endgame, but it’s only Chapter 10 (like Lyn’s game ended at Chapter 10, and then you can pick up again with Eliwood or Hector) and heck, we haven’t met Ike yet! Squeee, Ike! Who’s awesome? Who’s awesome? All the returning characters are awesome! Well, most of them. And Edward and Leonardo are awesome. I made them custom weapons this level. Ed’s Sword and ElectricBlue, a crimson iron blade with upped critical and damage, and a dark blue iron bow with the same. Ed’s Sword the first time I used it made a critical, which was totally worth every bit of gold. Except then someone died, so I had to restart the chapter. Blah. This game actually has a decent rate of level difficulty. Micaiah’s so darn fragile, though. I wish she wasn’t. And believe it or not, Zihark died the second time around. So I stopped for the day. Though I went and had a look at the official artwork… lots of good looking folks there. I hope Pelleas is a playable character. It’ll be good for him. He should ditch Izuka soon, though. Reyson is pretty darn gorgeous, too. Bet he’s still cranky. I can’t wait to re-unite with Marcia, too! She’s funny.
