Sunlight and wind are classic bishounen powers

Yaaay! Commander Lord Ike!

I was listening to Fire Emblem 9 music, and there’s this one track that sounds so… cinematic. It’s called #38 “Rally the Spirit”, and it has this rush in it and then a beautiful theme in the trombones… It’s just like climbing to the top of a green hill ahead of your army and seeing your beautiful homeland once again, and the sun shines on your face and the wind streams through your hair and makes your headband tails flow out behind you… Doesn’t seem to have much effect on your cloak, however.

I did use something of a reference for Ike’s hair. I also did this in pseudo-anime style (see mouth) but I do like the eye and ear. This whole picture completely made up for the last three or four sloppy jobs.

I love FE9 music! I should listen to it more often! I should try and put it on my iPod!

This is the last horrible picture of Legend of Zelda themed design, until tomorrow, I promise. And tomorrow won’t have ALL Zelda. And this one and tomorrow’s don’t even have ItSBTW, the Twilight Princess fanfiction, themes either! I just wanted to draw Colin ’cause he’s a nice little kid, and shy, and very helpful. At least, he wants to be. But I drew without a reference, and you can see the result isn’t pretty. So, go to the next picture! Quickly!

Bats? What bats? And why is my sword so huge?

This is… a picture with a background! It comes from when Link and Rana go into the New Forest Temple as detailed in my silly “In the Shadows Beyond This World” which can be found in the Writing section if you think this is a brilliant picture and you absolutely must see the text that goes with it XP

I suppose the figures are not that bad, and the details are okay, but Link’s arm is too long, Rana’s sword is too big, and the background is THERE, but not ver ver sketchy. And Link’s feet look funny.
