“Because it’s better than Huh!”
Different context, though. That was on a T-shirt I saw yesterday. Mom took me shopping and we bought me two pairs of shoes. One is a super pair of sandals – Chaco brand. I kept thinking that they just need to add a ‘bo’ to the end and then they’ll have all the Final Fantasy fans buying them or something. I hardly know what a chocobo is, though – I only just found out that Final Fantasy is ‘sorta kinda like Fire Emblem’. I think a chocobo is a sort of yellow ostrich.
Um, this isn’t about the picture anymore… so, I was going to draw Glorfindel with Frodo in his arms, but Frodo didn’t co-operate. I also tried to exaggerate the shading, and I think that helped somewhat. This was another turning point in my drawing. I still don’t know how to draw ears. When I figure that out, that will be the next turning point. The turning point after that will be when I figure out how to draw hands. So far I have probably one pair that I’m really happy with. However, I’m proud of the way the hair turned out in this picture. It’s great. The rest of this picture is dumb, but the hair is not.
Oh, and I bought Tsubasa Vol. 11 because they didn’t have Vol. 9. That’s okay, though, because Vol. 11 finally has Piffle World in it!
Okay, now I know exactly how the end of Link’s Awakening goes, but I don’t think I have enough material to make a consistant-length chapter. You might have to settle for an epilogue-y climax.
I went to The Hylia this morning and clicked on the Big Band Live soundtrack, and I never knew the Shop Theme was so cool! It’s fabulous big band style. Also there’s a rollicking cool version of the Zeldafranchisetheme/HyruleFieldfromOcarinatheme medley. At least, it’s musically identical, with all the counterpoint and submelodies, but with a foot-tapping percussion section. And Epona’s Song actually has words! The Zelda Big Band Live CD can be bought (at a hefty price) at Amazon, too.
I just visited LinT, and… (swoons…)
